Cancelling Your Order

Not entirely decided yet? We are here to help. During our opening hours, you have up to two (2) hour time frame from receiving your confirmation email to cancel your order. Feel free to contact us Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm by phone at 438-266-1988 or email us at [email protected]  

When we confirm the order cancellation, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days before your refund is posted. If you have not received the credit, first contact your bank/credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Returning Defective/Incorrect Items

In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us at [email protected] to request a replacement. Your item must be returned in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Once the defective item is received we’ll ship out a replacement.
